ACRYLIC TEXTURE
Acrylic render gives you the ability to colour match your render to achieve any colour you desire, no need to follow with paint.
This is the main difference between acrylic render and cement render – you cannot tint cement render.
The technique we finish it with will determine the style.
Coastal Beach style – float finish or sponge finish
Mediterranean (very popular) – trowel finish for an undulated, curvy appearance
Tinting the acrylic texture can give a natural earthy finish rather than a full block coverage like paint.
Whole process includes Render, Prime, 1-2 Coats of Texture and Clear Sealer.
cement render
Most of the houses on the Sunsine Coast are cement rendered with beads on corners and have a sponge finish. This is the most common render.
We do have the option to customise the finish (e.g mediterranean style) by changing techniques such as a flat trowel to make corners curved and create undulation depending n the style desired.
